Example Master Planner

This master planner has been designed to help you to plan out your 12 weeks and get the most out of your program.

This is a simplified example of the handy schedule and checklist you will use to track your progress through the modules and associated tasks, as well as keep track of your group coaching sessions.    

Please note - dates on this schedule will be flexible:

  • The on-line component of the Program is on-demand and fully flexible, so if you are busy or away for a period of time then you can modify your completion dates for the online modules accordingly.  
  • Session recordings will be available within 24 hours of each session if you are unable to make any of the dates.
