Hi, I'm Sarah Vizer - a Leadership and Mindset Coach. In my previous corporate life, I worked in the field of behavioural change. I now use that experience to help our high-achieving professionals make those small life and mindset adjustments that lead to a whole new way in life.
This concept of one degrees will super-charge your 2024! Why One Degree? With my coaching clients I find myself saying the same thing over-and-over again. Think about a ship changing direction. To build your energy and make changes it’s just one degree, or one small step, at a time. Magic is created with those small adjustments and good habits that stack on top of each other. By the end you've changed the trajectory of your ship and have a whole new direction in life!
So, this is the year you will be able to set and achieve meaningful goals and find an easier way to do work and life. To achieve this, I've created a 12-week program that will be a powerful combination of individual learning through an online course, as well as harnessing the power of a like-minded community through our fortnightly group sessions.

Week 1 is all about Module 1 - The Biology of Burnout
Our first module is all about understanding stress and burnout from multiple aspects, including burnout origins and how the body responds to stress.
Week 3 starts with Assessment 3, identifying your values, which will then be used in Module 2 - Your Burnout Story.
Module 2 maps a timeline of your life, looking for clues from where stress and burnout develops. We’ll uncover what lessons to take from your past to stop stress and burnout becoming a reoccurring theme in your future.
This week will focus on Module 3 - all about Burnout in the Workplace.
This module will help you understand the factors that cause and contribute to stress and burnout in both your job and the workplace. You will then look at strategies for mitigating these factors. Based on solid research, this module is all about creating sustainability in your career, as well as designing better work environments for yourself and those around you
Week 7 includes Assessment 4 - Your Team - and Module 4 Energy for Life.
This module is all about bringing SUSTAINABILITY into your life. Using the golden rule of energy, you’ll look at how to get more of what lights up your life as well as building your dream team around you.
Week 9 focuses on Module 5 - Lifestyle, Back to Basics.
This covers the basic lifestyle building blocks that are needed to create the life you want to lead.
Week 11 starts with your Purpose in Assessment 5, develops a plan for how you will Live by Design in our last module, Module 6 and ends with Assessment 6 - another look at your Wheel of Life.
Bringing it all together, we'll use all the self-awareness developed to map a way forward, using the principles of intentional design. We'll also benchmark how you might have changed balance and priorities by using the Wheel of Life assessment tool.
One final Assessment! Assessment 7 is all about understanding your plan for what comes next.
